I use Clean coaching method.
Unlike traditional coaching methods, this way of working uses only metaphorical images. This is the greatest strength of this method, although it is used only by the most daring coaches.
More and more frequently I meet managers who are struggling with low self-esteem, uncertainty, fears, excessive burden by themselves. Under the pressure of responsibility, influence and prestige of the position, they conceal these feelings, they cannot express them.
In Clean Coaching they do not have to name their fears: their metaphorical reflection allows to keep them anonymous, hidden in the form of comparisons, projections, images.
And despite the fact that during the whole coaching process they remain hidden, this technique allows for a very deep and effective work with them.
Clean coaching is a subtle, completely non-invasive method. At the same time, it is extremely deep and strong, although the basic tools of work are the vivid imagination and crayons.

I am a coach of top and mid-level managers. Over a dozen years of experience as HR Director in international corporations gave me the knowledge and understanding of the processes taking place in organizations and the challenges managerial staff have to face.
My distinguishing feature is my well-established experience in work on the strategic and international level, and at the same time in the field of HR. It determines that I can build valuable relationships with clients at the top management level, be an inspiring coach and business partner for them.
My selected business and development projects:
· Development program for the management staff of a global logistics corporation - as an executive coach, I participated in a program preparing managers for further promotions from the position of Senior Operations Manager and Operations Manager (6-month program, video sessions); the program was based on corporate values and competencies.
· M&A - I conducted the M&A process in the area of HR from the moment of due diligence to final integration, the project was carried out in 5 European countries at the same time and involved 2,500 employees.
· Engagement management - I introduced and built an engagement management model, a 7-year project involving 10,000 employees in 11 countries, a cyclically measured KPI showed a steady increase in engagement.
· Diversity & Inclusion (culture of diversity) - I developed and implemented the concept of a culture based on age and nationality diversity, closely connected with the area of employer branding: positioning the company on the labor market through "diversity", programs involving people 55+, people with disabilities, programs for creating international teams.
I give lectures for students (including MBA), presentations at HR conferences in Poland and Europe, I am the author of many articles on coaching and HR.
